Esperance Bay Holiday Park

Esperance Bay Holiday Park is a small friendly park situated 1km from the town centre (5-10 min walk). The park is directly opposite calm swimming beaches and easy walk to fishing jetties, a variety of cafes, restaurants and hotels close by. We offer a variety of Deluxe two bedroom Chalets, one & Two bedroom brick self-contained chalets, basic cabins and well maintained grassed sites to suit tents, camper trailers and sites with concrete slabs for motor homes and caravans. Esperance is a perfect seaside destination offering an abundance of attractions and activities.

Our park has a friendly relaxed atmosphere to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, offering a range of facilities from personal assistance, undercover areas with gas BBQs, LPG refills, children's playground, tour bookings and much more! Please note, pets are only permitted for guests staying on caravan/tent sites. No pets for guests staying in accommodation. We offer a Pick up - Drop off service for guests travelling on TransWA bus service.

Directions

From Norseman: as you approach Esperance, you will pass the Esperance Golf Course (on your left), and then there is a large roundabout. Go straight ahead through the roundabout and keep driving along Norseman Road. At the end, it continues round to the right and turns into Dempster Street. Follow Dempster Street to the very end. You will pass through 3 roundabouts. The second is the main corner and has the post office and banks on it, and the third roundabout has McDonalds on the right. Continue straight ahead to the very end of Dempster Street, which is a no through road. We are located on the left hand side, approximately 1km from the post office, look out for the Top Tourist and Golden Chain flags!

From Albany: as you approach Esperance, you will be driving along the South Coast Highway, and will arrive at a T-junction. Turn right and travel along Harbour Road approximately 2.5kms. Turn lefft on to Pink Lake Road (just before the pedestrian crossing). Do not continue along Harbour Road after this as you will end up in the port and turning around is very restricted. Follow Pink Lake Road to the second roundabout. This is the main corner with the post office and banks on it. Turn right at the roundabout onto Dempster Street. Pass through the next roundabout which has McDonalds on the right, and continue straight ahead to the very end of Dempster Street, which is a no through road. We are located on the left hand side, approximately 1km from the post office, look for out the Top Tourist and Golden Chain flags!

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery, saucepans, glassware, utensils and TV (channels ABC, WIN, GWN, SBS). These units have reverse cycle air conditioning and parking is available fpr 1 vehicle right outside your unit.

These units are similar to the one bedroom unit with the second bedroom the other side of the bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 king single beds. Linen is provided. Sleeps four people. We also have two units available which are set up with the queen size bed in the main bedroom and the second room has one set of bunks plus a king single. Sleeps 5 people. Parking for two vehicles at the front of the unit.

These units have been tastefully decorated in heritage colours and are very comfortable. They comprise of queen size bed and one single bed in the main bedroom (all linen supplied). The second bedroom has two single ensemble beds also with linen supplied. There are full kitchen facilities provided with everything you would need for a great relaxing stay. These units have reverse cycle air-conditioning. Parking is located right outside your unit

Cancellation Policy

It is at the sole discretion of the Managers of the Summerstar Tourist Park to provide a cancellation and refund of deposit outside of below terms on compassionate grounds. A $20 administration/booking fee will be taken from your deposit and the remainder returned to your credit card. Should you need to cancel your booking you must advise us by telephone and then confirm this cancellation in writing to us by post fax or email quoting your booking reference number. Your cancellation will only be effective as at the date we receive your written confirmation. If you cancel your holiday within 30 days of your booking date no refund will be given by Summerstar Tourist Parks. If you provide more than 30 days notice 30% of the total booking cost will be charged. In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either: accept the changes offered by us receive a full refund or accept an alternative holiday with us at the same price.
