WMC Conference Centre
WASM Functions Services offers this venue for conferences, seminars and training workshops. The WMC Conference Centre located at 44 MacDonald Street, is the only purpose designed conference facility in Kalgoorlie Boulder that is fully air conditioned, with a 324 seat auditorium and four seminar rooms. It is equipped with the latest hi-tech, remote controlled audiovisual equipment, closed circuit television and videoconferencing facilities. Each of the rooms in the Conference Centre is equipped with TV/Video, Overhead Projector, Whiteboard, Slide Projector and Flip Chart. A fully equipped seminar room is available that seats 70 people theatre style / 40 classroom style. A small courtyard with BBQ facilities is an added attraction.

The Graduates' Hall next to the conference centre at 50 MacDonald Street is the purpose built air conditioned/gas heated facility for both stand alone and combined functions in conjunction with the WMC Conference Centre auditorium and seminar rooms. The Hall will seat up to 400 people at a sit down dinner and seats 500 people theatre style. It is suitable for conference cocktail parties, dinners and weddings and makes the ideal venue for product launches and exhibitions. WASM Functions Services has a Special Facility Licence and bar facilities are available both at the Conference Centre and the Hall for all functions. There is also disabled access to all areas.

The WASM Gardens (The Western Australian School of Mines Gardens) are a picturesque setting for outdoor events. The gardens complement all the facilities available at the Hall and the Conference Centre. BBQ facilities are located near the gardens. Great for a corporate outdoor event!

The WMC Conference Centre has it's very own catering service and Functions Manager, who is available to discuss various menu options regarding your function.

Quest Yelverton Kalgoorlie
The Yelverton Lounge is the perfect venue for meetings, seminars, workshops or trade shows. It can accommodate 30 persons at table; 50 persons theatre style or 70-80 persons cocktail style. Included in the room hire charge is the use of the data projector; white board; flip chart; radio microphone and, continuous tea and coffee. Morning tea, afternoon tea and light lunches can also be arranged.

Kalgoorlie Overland Motel
The Function Room at the Kalgoorlie Overland Motel is very versatile and can be partitioned to accommodate your needs - from small conferences, meetings and training sessions to intimate gatherings, larger cocktail parties or sundowners.

The function area can cater for 120 guests for buffet breakfasts, luncheons or dinner functions and up to 180 guests theatre style seating. Quality Inn Railway Motel & Conference Centre
The Quality Inn Railway & Function Centre has 2 speciality rooms available for all function requirements. The John Forrest Room is the largest function room  and can seat up to 100 people. The room is ideal for weddings, display presentations, training courses or even private parties. It is equipped with it's own serviced private bar and entrance, with the option of a portable dance floor. The Boardroom is a smaller private room set in the Motel's main reception area. It is mainly suited for small meetings and presentations while it can also be used for a formal dinner offering silver service for up to 14 people.

The Quality Inn Railway & Function Centre has all the equipment to suit your function requirements, ranging from an LCD and Overhead Projector, an Electronic Whiteboard, TV and VCR, Fax and Modem Ports, Wifi and Flip Charts.

The Tower Hotel offers three fully equipped function rooms that cater for weddings, birthday parties, social engagements, business meetings, seminars, conferences or any other function / meeting you may wish to arrange.

Skylight Room - Large sized function room: caters for up to 300 people cocktail style.

The Hannans Club
Over 100 years old, the Hannans Club offers a range of intimate conference venues. The Billiard Room the Conference Room and the Bar area can all easily accommodate up to 80 people with 2 garden areas spilling off the Bar and Conference rooms also available for hire. Marquees for the garden areas can be arranged at an additional cost and catering options are also available.

Goldfields Oasis
Oasis' Double training room (located in the pool area) can be separated to form two rooms, with a site capacity of 90 persons for the full room (ideal for not for profit clubs to hold meetings and seminars).

The Sports Hall has a floor area greater than 850 meters (3 indoor basketball courts) which has a site capacity for 1300 persons. The Sports Hall has been used for a variety of events including an annual Children Charity Ball, Trade Expo’s, Sporting Club's End of Season Functions, and all manner of sports programs and courses. 

User groups have access to hire a portable whiteboard, projector, portable PA, carpet tiles, tables, chairs & BBQ’s.
