Loopline Museum

The Loopline Museum was officially opened in March 2004 to keep the public’s interest in the Loopline alive, with a small team of dedicated volunteers who kept it operating for 7 years. It only closed in April 2010 due to earthquake damage but re-opened in January 2013, after all the work had been completed restoring the internal walls and ceilings.
