This week we will focus on to be curious about what is happening within your body. We often focus our energy on things that are not going well and take for granted what is working.

My simple mind though tool for this is: "Where your focus goes your energy flows."

Let's spend some time on what is going well to bring perspective.

Open to old and new students as it is an open class.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 10 spots in the room and the best way to secure your spot is booking ahead.

Learn the ancient art of a nonreligious* way of connecting your mind with your body.
Allow yourself the time & bring calmness into your world.
My intentions are to:
*supply you with a calming space
* provide guided inspirational meditation
*offer simple tools to connect with your body
*raise awareness on how to use mindfulness in your daily life

*gaining knowledge about your internal world
*feeling a sense of joy

Suitable for: Men & women, old and young, (teenagers over 13)

TIME: Wednesdays starts at 6pm sharp to 6.45pm (allow a few minutes to rewaken and be fresh enough to drive again.
