Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Whilst we provide a free booking service cancellation of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) may incur cancellation fees depending on the amount of notice given by you. KBVC may charge an administrative fee of $5.00 (per booking) for any cancellations or changes made. Please contact KBVC for more information on cancellation fees or if any changes or cancellations are required to your booking. REFUND STATEMENT For more information on the KBVC specific refund procedures please contact us immediately for further clarification. Please note our industry partners and stakeholders which include Tour Operators and Accommodation Providers listed within our website have their own refund/cancellation policies in place.
