Join dance artists from Lifespan Dance and the community, to participate in a creative, joyful dance class in the safety of your own chair. This class is suitable for seniors, people with Parkinson’s, MS and other conditions that may limit mobility.

The class is led by qualified dance artists trained in the Dance for Parkinson's methodology, and the class is designed to bring movement, music and dancers together!

Community Class is followed by a morning tea afterwards for a chat with fellow dancers.
