Bird surveys are being conducted by volunteers throughout the Great Western Woodlands with the objective of finding out what birds live, where and how abundant they are.

Help us discover what the birds are up to this Spring by joining us for a bird walk in Karlkurla Bushland Park situated near Kalgoorlie.

This is a great wat to get to know your local birds and be involved in important research. 

Meet at 7am in the main car park at Karlkurla Park for a bird walk through the park, followed by morning tea.

No prior bird-watching skills required. BYO binoculars if you have them. If not, spare binoculars are available. Morning tea provided.
