Cancellation Policy
Scenic flight bookings that are cancelled more than 7 days from departure (14 days for early bird special discounted rates) will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days (14 days for early bird specials) may be eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation does not result in insufficient passengers left to conduct the flight. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours from departure will not be eligible for refund. Flights that are cancelled by Goldfields Air Services due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather and cannot be rescheduled will be refunded in full.
