Join our FREE Not-for-Profit Governance Training Workshops, presented by Caroline Robinson of 150 Square and supported by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
There are two sessions to choose from:
Session 1: 5pm – 7:30pm on Monday 28th July at Kalgoorlie City Football Club*; (Please note there is no disabled access to the Football Club) OR Session 2: 9am – 11:30am on Tuesday 29th July at Kalgoorlie-Boulder Business Development Centre.Registrations Essential

https://rdage.org.au/our-work/events/ This FREE workshop is designed for current and prospective board/committee members of not-for-profit organisations, including Sports Clubs, School Boards, P&Fs, CRCs, RBGs (Recognised Biosecurity Groups), Grower Groups, Aged Care, Child Care and other special interest groups.
In the workshop you will learn an overview on what governance is, how a constitution works for you, your role, duty and obligations as a board/committee member, how to effectively run and record meetings and an introduction to understanding the financials.
At Regional Development Australia Goldfields Esperance, we believe that enhancing community capacity is crucial to the development of the Goldfields Esperance region. By focusing on governance skills, we are empowering our community volunteers to drive positive change, foster economic growth and increase community vibrancy.
