The inaugural Goldfields Winter Seminar is being held on Tuesday 28 July 2026, bringing together leaders from health, education, community services and regional development to explore the future of the region’s workforce.
Featuring keynote speakers Professor Jenny May AM, National Rural Health Commissioner, and Professor Deb Jones, Director of the Broken Hill University Department of Rural Health and Rural Clinical School, who will share national and regional perspectives on strengthening and sustaining the rural health and social care workforce.
