Hours: Every Tuesday: 10 am - 12 pm and during events/workshops.

Golden Mile Art was established in 1977 and promotes local arts and crafts throughout Kalgoorlie Boulder in Western Australia's Goldfields region through exhibition, workshops and engagement in community projects and events.

Golden Mile Art encourage participants of all ages and all skill levels to exhibit in at their events. They support emerging artists, children, amateur and professional artists. Golden Mile Art mentor first-time exhibitors through the process of preparing and presenting works for exhibition and sale.

There are four main exhibitions;

Showcase Event 'GOLDEN MILE ART PRIZE' (Members Exhibition) – usually July-October. This is a judged exhibition with a prize pool of $6 000. This event has been held Annually since 1977.

Kalgoorlie-Boulder COMMUNITY FAIR ART PRIZE – held in March at the Kalgoorlie Boulder Community Fair. Super fun people's choice judging from fair visitors decides winners of the $1 600 Prize Pool.

SMALL ENDEAVOURS – February-May at The Art House. Challenging artists to work small, with an optional theme each year.

GOLDEN MILE ART BAZAAR – November/December at The Art House Selling art and craft items for Christmas shopping. A fun catered opening night doubles as our Christmas Party.
