Value Creators is excited to bring the successful and popular Women’s STEM Jumpstart Program to the Goldfields.  We are headed to Kalgoorlie on the 19^th and 20^th September to deliver a two day face-to-face program for passionate, driven regional women to help propel them in their STEM career or business and beyond. If you have any businesses, your employees or know of other regional women that would like to attend.

The program is brought to you by Value Creators in partnership with Australian Government Office of Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women and the Rural, Regional and Remote Women Network and is valued at over $5,000 per participant.

So far, over 120 women from the Wheatbelt, Midwest, Gascoyne, Peel, South West and Great Southern regions have completed the program with renewed energy, focus and a plan for their future. Business owners and employers have given positive feedback about the change they see with their employees after the program, such as leadership, confidence, positive mindset and an increased commitment to their organisations.

The program will enhance and grow the skills of your employees with a focus on confidence, communication and leadership including mindset and resilience.  The program will cover personal strengths, vision and goal setting, career innovation, financial essentials,  leadership, management, and governance including career action plans.

The Program includes:

• Two days face-to-face Bootcamp held 19^th and 20^th September
• Dinner with special guest speakers 19^th September after day 1 session
• Post Bootcamp group virtual session
• 2 x 1 hour virtual mentor sessions
• Annual Connect Forum with Program Alumni and special guests.
