After failing to secure tickets to the Tonga-France rugby match, Maka rushes into a last resort - offering to provide a Tongan brass band for pre-match entertainment.  However, the band does not exist & Maka, along with his musically illiterate friends & family have only four weeks to build a credible band & routine!
