Our evening meditations are pre-recorded and played through individual headsets giving you complete control to visualise and enjoy the full moon and sky full of stars.

We will have complimentary herbal teas, black tea and hot chocolate so bring your favourite mug & a blanket to rug up as it is getting chilly!
